- Make Sure, Our Proposal is not any type of Legal Contract. On which basis, No One can call us in the Court.
- Dave Creation Offers only 3 Option for any type of Graphics Designing. Such as, Logo and Branding Design / Broucher Design / Catalogue Design / Corporate Identity / Marketing Collaterals / Product labeling & Packaging / Social Media Creatives / Flyer Design / Advertisement Design / Newsletter Design / Website Layout Design and Mobile Application Screen Layout Design according to Client’s Preference. If Client can’t get satisfaction from designed three option then only Dave Creation will go for forth option which must be as per Dave Creation’s Graphics Designer. If any client requires more option to check then it will be consider as New Requirement and New Invoice will Generated.
- Dave Creation – Being Service Provider, We aren’t obligated to return the money we received for the work we did.
- After the Project Started, Even If the Client withdraw the Project, the Client will have to pay the rest of project amount.
- The Matter which are not part of Proposal or in other words those tasks which are Out-of-Scope, won’t consider as part of Project. Client never claims for it.
